U.S. Return Policy

At LC&C we hope you love your purchase but incase you don’t, give us the opportunity to make it right!

We ask that you take a close look at your purchase after you receive it and contact us at laddersclothing@gmail.com or bring it in-store if there is a problem or concern.  

Unless your purchase is a final sale or discount item, we will gladly accept your item(s) in exchange for a store credit only with the first 10 days of receiving your purchase. 

We ask that all items be returned unused, un-washed, un-worn, free of any stains, pet odor, cigarette odor AND with the original Ladders Clothing & Co. tag attached. No exceptions. 

Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, Ladders Clothing & Co. can not offer exchanges due to high volume turnover. 

*ANY AND ALL ONLINE ORDERS WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY*

  • Sale or Discounted items are all final sale items and cannot be returned, exchanged, or receive store credit for.
  • In order to be eligible for store credit, unwanted merchandise must be postmarked within 10 days of the date you received it. 
  • The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
  • Must include receipt or order number with return. 

 Please keep your tracking information. Once your return is received and processed, we will e-mail you your e-Gift Card that can be used online or in-store. 

Items that are Final Sale/Not eligible for a return include:

  • Jewelry / Accessories 
  • Bath / Body
  • Bathing Suits
  • ALL SALE ITEMS or DISCOUNTED ITEMS

 

Defective Items

  • If you have received a defective item, please email us at Returns@LaddersClothing.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
  • To best assist you, please provide the following information in your email. ORDER NUMBER as the “subject”. * STYLE NAME, STYLE SIZE, PHOTO and a brief description of the defect/damage. 
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing. 
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects. 

International Return Policy 

Ladders Clothing & Co. accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to any international address for a store credit (Ladders Clothing & Co. E-Gift Card) within 14 days from the date your order shipped. Final sale items cannot be returned. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, contact us at Returns@LaddersClothing.com within 14 days of the label shipping date to initiate a return. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees and actual shipping charges.

How long does it take to process the return?

Please allow up to 14 days (10 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

How long does it take to receive my refund? 

Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your Ladders Clothing & Co. E-Gift Card sent to your email address on file within 3-5 business days.

Is there a return fee? 

Yes,  if we send our pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping is $10.00 for any number of items and will be deducted from your store credit (Ladders Clothing & Co. E-Gift Card).

Do you offer price adjustments?

Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for a Ladders Clothing & Co. ONLY.

I paid with Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle. Do I still have to make the payments even though I am returning?

Yes. Shop Pay Installments or Sezzle payments still must be made in even if you are making a return. Stopping payment to these pay installment processors may result in losing access to use them on your future purchases.
